Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician for our Community Clinic in Springdale, AR. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic diseases and acute illnesses.
- Utilize established evidence-based clinical protocols.
- Utilize all Clinic resources to improve patient outcomes, including behavioral health consultants, Diabetic Educators, audiologists, etc.
- Keep abreast of current trends in health care including attending regular and required continuing education programs.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Ensure clinical notes are entered in the patient’s electronic medical record in an accurate and timely manner, according to industry standards and Community Clinic policy.
- Adhere to and commit to the mission of Community Clinic. Reinforce the mission with staff and promote the mission to the community.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arkansas
- Current and unrestricted DEA number
- Knowledge of clinical practices related to family medicine.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds.
