Your role at Clorox:

In this role, you will assist our Walmart Customer Team in all day-to-day processes that are required to manage our business. This includes gathering and analyzing sales related data, forecasting and budgeting, supervising and reporting sales trends to find opportunities or challenges that enable team's delivery of volume and AAA results for assigned Clorox Customers/Categories.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop individual capabilities to promote growth
  • Build and update sophisticated reports for both internal and external partners. Employ critical thinking and proactively derive insights to identify issues & opportunities.
  • Engage and interact with inside and outside company contacts while demonstrating multiple data sources to create impactful selling stories that identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps such as assortment, distribution, size, increment, placement & shelving.
  • Driving execution of the business plan. Mine data to identify volume and AAA opportunities that build proactive customer strategies.
  • Provide reporting and recommendations in support of business decisions or initiatives, using appropriate systems and tools to proactively manage Trade Funds within guidelines.
  • Uses appropriate tools, processes, resources to support Field Sales teams, presenting findings with wide variety of partners including sales, sales planning, retailer contacts and Clorox leadership.

What we look for:


  • 2-4 years of experience making data analysis for sales team on a CPG company.
  • Knowledge of how data can craft sales teams’ work and determine data needs from business requirements.
  • Experience with Walmart account is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prefer experience with Microsoft analytics platforms like Power BI


  • Strong technical, analytical and communication.
  • Detail oriented with the desire and capacity to work both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think outside the box, curious about and keen on learning new things.
  • Passionate about making the complicated simple.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self driven


  • BSc in Business or similar or similar experience.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900
Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900
