Responsibilities

Perform daily support functions for the Planning Department.

Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with proper phone etiquette and professionalism

Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy, managing multi-line phone systems and providing accurate information
Experience

Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and follow through.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with attention to spelling.

Take initiative to perform duties and assist in the department.

Ability to learn software programs quickly.
