Circle of Life focuses on delivering quality of life for our patients and their families. They serve the communities of benton, carroll, Madison, and washington counties with compassionate end of life care and bereavement assistance. Patients are cared for at home, in nursing and assisted living facilities, or in one of our two free-standing inpatient hospice houses.
