This position will work Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30, and rotate administrative weekend call with other team members.
Required Skills/Experience/Abilities: Minimum 3 years in HR support role, preferably human service related field. Must have working knowledge and experience with recruitment, personnel policies, scheduling, compliance, record keeping and other fundamental HR administrative functions. Must have demonstrated experience with database and electronic record keeping. Must have strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize a large workload. Demonstrated experience
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Source and screen Caregiver applications.
- Conduct phone interviews and coordinate in person interviews.
- Extend offers and coordinate orientation schedule.
- Facilitate pre employment activities such as background screening, drug screen, professional reference checks etc.
- Apply and demonstrate the below soft skills in all duties and responsibilities:

- Time Management and prioritization of tasks and priorities.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as file management, HRIS data entry, and routine correspondence.
