Circle of Life is a non-profit organization serving residents of Northwest Arkansas in Benton, Washington, Carroll, and Madison counties. Our team of doctors, nurses, chaplains, social workers, hospice aides, bereavement counselors, and trained volunteers work to provide compassionate, high-quality care for the seriously ill and those needing end-of-life care. We offer services in individuals’ homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and our hospice homes in Bentonville and Springdale.

Throughout the more than 30 years our team has cared for the Northwest Arkansas community, we have been committed to growing alongside our growing population to ensure the best care possible for those we serve.
