We have openings in our Bentonville and Springdale Hospice Home. The LPN works 12 hour shifts and rotates holiday and weekend coverage.

Minimum Requirements:

Current Arkansas LPN license without restriction; current satisfactory TB skin test; minimum 2 years nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare facility preferred; at least one year experience is preferred in the areas of home health, hospice, gerontology, geriatrics, acute care & care of the terminally ill. Ability to cope with human suffering, emergencies and other stresses. Should be caring, sympathetic, responsible and detail oriented. Must be able to direct or supervise others, correctly assess patients' conditions and determine when consultation is required . Possess a personal car for transportation. Current driver's license and auto liability insurance. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current CPR certification.

General Description:

Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance w/an interdisciplinary plan of care. Treat patients, educate patients about medical conditions and provide advice and emotional support to patients' family members. Responsible for documentation, operation of medical equipment, and administration of medications. Will work closely with CNA to provide personal care for patients. Will regularly perform foley care, wound care, passing medicine, pharmacy workflow, and other duties as it pertaioperations,
