Help Build the Future of Development Across Northwest Arkansas

CEI is looking for a Regional Business Development Representative - a relationship-driven, strategic professional who's ready to lead growth across multiple sectors in one of the most dynamic regions in the country.

As a national civil engineering firm with deep roots in Northwest Arkansas, CEI has built a reputation for delivering creative, community-centered solutions that shape the way people live, work, and play. Now, we're expanding our regional impact - and we're looking for a talented connector and strategist to help us get there.

In this role, you'll lead business development efforts for Private Commercial (Retail, Fueling & Convenience, and Commercial Residential) and Public Sector markets (Outdoor Recreation, Municipal Transportation, and Sports Field Engineering). You'll be the face of CEI in Northwest Arkansas - cultivating relationships, supporting sector leaders, and driving strategies that position CEI as the partner of choice for civil engineering, surveying, and land development services.

If you thrive on collaboration, strategy, and community engagement - and you're ready to help shape CEI's future growth - we'd like to meet you. Join a firm where your relationships and ideas help build communities that last.
