Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time with the ability to work additional hours as project needs demand.

Incumbent should reside within the Arvest 4 State Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK)

Job Summary

As a member of the Experience Programs and Operations team, the Experience Operations Coordinator drives customer and associate excellence by blending passion and perseverance with Agile methodologies and program management. You serve as the functional engine of the EXP team, orchestrating ceremonies, coordinating experience programs, driving team efficiencies, and optimizing our experience tool stack. Through disciplined program management and operational rigor, you streamline cross-functional delivery ensuring we consistently achieve and report measurable business outcomes and human-centric excellence.

Responsibilities

● Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure disciplined execution and adherence to experience excellence standards.

● Coordinate and optimize the effectiveness of key experience programs (VoC, VoA, and Associate Ideation Portal) to drive measurable business and associate outcomes.

● Develop and maintain the experience operations engine, refining processes and "Ways of Working" to enhance team efficiency and deliverable quality.

● Collaborate across EXP leadership on resource allocation, capacity management, and project prioritization to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

● Identify and monitor key performance metrics, providing regular reporting on team velocity, work quality, and experience outcomes to stakeholders.

● Support the evaluation, selection, and administration of experience tools and platforms, providing technical training and support to ensure team proficiency.

● Maintain a centralized enterprise repository for assets, research findings, and best practices to ensure insights are organized and easily accessible.

● Support the Experience Operations manager in licenses management, budgeting, onboarding and upskilling associates.

● Build relationships with Product, Marketing, and IT partners to remove impediments and communicate program impacts, risks, and accomplishments.

● Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training, adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

● Other duties and special projects may be assigned.


Responsibilities:

Experience

● Required: 3 years of professional experience in project management, program coordination, or business operations.

● Required: 1 year of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) or working within a Mature Agile/Scrum environment.

● Required: Foundational knowledge of Customer or Associate Experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, eNPS) and how they drive business value.

● Required: Proven track record of working across departments (Product, Marketing, IT) to resolve impediments and align on priorities.

● Required: Process redesign- ability to look at a messy workflow and design a "Way of Working" that makes it repeatable and efficient.

● Required: Extreme attention to detail regarding asset/artifact management and repository organization (Knowledge Stewardship).

● Preferred: Hands-on experience administering experience-related software such as Qualtrics, User Testing, Figma, Jira, or Confluence.

● Relevant work experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree requirement.

● Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Credentials

Preferred: Advanced certifications in Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, CSPO)

Preferred: Project Management (PMP, CAPM)

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field; OR equivalent work.

Working Conditions

● Ability to travel overnight, unaccompanied, within the United States via automobile and air is required, on occasion.

● The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.

Pay Range: $74370 - $92965 per year
