Position is based at 2592 S 48th Street, Springdale, AR 72762. Position requires availability Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with additional hours as needed.

WACO Order Entry Clerk

Job Summary

The WACO Order Entry Clerk serves as the first point of contact for our customers when an order is sent to WACO. The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for accurate data entry for any of the functions within the assigned department, including setting up title and closing orders. The incumbent will communicate with external and internal customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

● Efficiently and accurately enter data for any of the functions within the assigned department. Alert file if documents are missing or appear to be in error and notify the appropriate department and/or associate.

● Provide exceptional internal and external customer service by answering emails and phones promptly and in a sincere, professional manner.

● Collaborate with other departments to fulfill the title request needs of the customers. Complete all required documentation to meet customer needs and collaborate with internal groups to facilitate customer fulfillment.

● Escalate unresolved or complex inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department when necessary.

● Order research from third-party vendors for out-of-footprint files, including commitment and report products.

● Assist with title plant functions, including indexing physical and digital documents into the plant, as assigned.

● Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

● Other duties and special projects may be assigned.


Responsibilities:

Experience

● Required: Data entry and/or administration experience.

● Preferred: Closing, processing or title insurance experience.

● Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Education

● Required: High school diploma or General Education Development (GED certificate.)

● Must be able to operate standard office equipment and use office applications for communication, information and document transmission, and content, document, and report creation.

● The essential duties of this job occasionally require the associate to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

● The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.

    Pay Range: $17.80 - $22.20 per hour
