Enterprise Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst 1

Job Summary

The Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Analyst 1 provides foundational support in creating, maintaining, and distributing reports and dashboards that drive operational, financial, and strategic decisions. This entry-level role investigates defined questions and issues, working with subject matter experts to ensure data quality and drive resolution.

Position is based at 921 W Monroe Avenue, Lowell, AR.

Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Preferred Qualification: Introductory knowledge of VBA and Python.

Responsibilities

● Assist with data analyses, business intelligence, performance measurement, and incentive calculations.

● Refresh, validate, and distribute recurring operational and regulatory reports according to established schedules.

● Perform quality assurance checks and reconcile data inconsistencies under the guidance of senior team members.

● Document reporting processes and maintain clear, accurate instructions for routine tasks.

● Apply basic functionality of reporting platforms to support standard report maintenance and assist with assigned daily data requests and reporting tasks ensuring accuracy and consistent reporting practices.

● Identify data to determine and differentiate indicators of defined problems.

● Maintain and provide control documents for audits such as change logs, reconciliations, and Standard Operating Procedures.

● Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

● Other duties and special projects may be assigned.


Responsibilities:

Experience

● Preferred: Experience with financial analysis, benchmark, productivity, performance measurements or BI analytic practices.

● Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to identify data discrepancies.

● Introductory knowledge of Microsoft 365 and reporting or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Power BI.

● Ability to learn and develop technical and analytical skills in a collaborative environment.

● Relevant work experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s degree requirement.

● Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Credentials

Preferred: Tableau Desktop Foundations and Google Data Analytics certification.

Pay Range: $25.30 - $31.60 per hour
