**Hours: **Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as project needs demand.

Location: This position is primarily remote. Incumbent should reside within the Arvest 4 State Operational Footprint (Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, or Oklahoma).

Travel Expectation: Travel is expected on average 25 % of the time in support of the communities we serve within the Arvest operational footprint.

What You’ll Do at Arvest:

● Define, launch, and lead Arvest’s new healthcare business by setting and influencing strategy and fostering innovative technologies and business models.

● Develop a scalable operating model with standardized processes and policies tailored to the unique needs of healthcare businesses and their stakeholders.

● Transform current offerings and introduce differentiated products to expand the customer base. Drive growth by building and expanding consumer and business relationships while contributing to the evolving commercial strategy.

● Establish external partnerships to enhance Arvest’s industry credibility and position the bank as a strategic partner. Explore new healthcare distribution channels through partnerships with vendors and platform providers.

● As Arvest's senior industry leader, foster enterprise-wide collaboration by partnering with bank presidents, loan managers, and bankers to become their trusted advisors in healthcare products and services. Build relationships with the executive team, leveraging proven experience in leading healthcare technology businesses.

● Use a collaborative approach to optimize client delivery through a “One Arvest” model, ensuring alignment across markets and teams. Work closely with the Group Credit Administrator to develop credit policies and collaborate across functions to deliver the best banking experience to customers.

● Demonstrate leadership by establishing the proper organizational structure and talent to succeed in healthcare. Build an industry solutions team to define business vision, drive growth, and form strategic partnerships. The team will secure new customers, develop product offerings, and maintain strong relationships.

● Gain credibility with existing Arvest associates while integrating new hires and fostering a positive culture. Lead the team through measurable short- and long-term goals while inspiring the next generation of leaders. Create and manage a profit and loss statement for the healthcare division.

● Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and Arvest's Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations; and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

● Other duties and special projects may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Toolbox for Success:

● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience required; Master of Business Administration preferred.

● 12+ years of relevant experience serving the needs of the healthcare industry.

● Proven experience with building customer-centric organizations while driving business growth in the area of commercial services, with an emphasis on ensuring the profitable performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue-generating functions.

● Previous success leveraging organizational depth across functions to drive transformational projects that deliver client and/or internal benefits.

● Current knowledge of healthcare market trends, innovations, and the ability to identify opportunities for creating a competitive advantage.

● Servant leadership qualities to drive innovation, including associate and team development, collaboration, and comfort in challenging the status quo.

● Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Physical Demands:

● Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

● The associate must be able to travel occasionally by themselves within the US, possibly overnight.

**Pay Range: **$225000 - $275000 per year
