Position is Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm with the ability to work additional hours as project needs demand.

Incumbent should be located within the Arvest 4 State Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK).

Preferred Qualifications

  • AS400 / iSeries experience
  • IBM BRMS experience
  • iSeries Forta Robot suite experience
  • iSeries Fiserv / Signature experience
  • IBMi Control Language/RPG

SUMMARY: An experienced IT operations professional, implementing most standard procedures independently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Monitors the performance of the operations environment and performs basic problem resolution including coordinating with vendors when needed to ensure continued availability and reliability, following established procedures.
  2. Resolves recurring problems and documents appropriate procedures. Responds to system and application messages.
  3. Provides preventative maintenance on technologies.
  4. Performs troubleshooting, choosing from among a large number of different procedures to find a solution.
  5. Participates in documenting new procedures in a clear and concise manner.May participate in the development of new or modified procedures.
  6. Identifies opportunities for system improvements and escalates as appropriate.
  7. Participates in developing plans for the operations environment, considering capacity, physical layout, etc. and makes recommendations to leadership.
  8. Maintains compliance with relevant policies and procedures, and escalates any concerns as appropriate.
  9. May participate in on-call rotations as needed.
  10. May be required to perform work after hours.
  11. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field preferred.
