Summary:

The Leave Experience & Workforce Insights Partner serves as the single point of contact for employees navigating leaves of absence, while also analyzing leave and absence trends across the system. This dual-focused role combines concierge-style employee support with workforce data insights to improve employee well-being, operational readiness, and organizational outcomes. The Partner ensures employees feel supported throughout the leave lifecycle, while also equipping leaders with actionable insights on absence management.

Description

1. Provide proactive, concierge-style support to employees before, during, and after leaves of absence (e.g., medical, parental, personal, FMLA, ADA).

2. Educate employees on leave benefits, pay impacts, and resources; connect them to wellness, EAP, and system programs that support their journey.

3. Partner with TPA to ensure leave compliance, case management, and timely resolution of escalations.

4. Serve as the employee’s and manager’s trusted guide, simplifying processes and ensuring a positive leave experience.

5. Coordinate with Employee Health for return-to-work and fitness-for-duty clearance, including modified duty or accommodations as needed.

6. Analyze leave and absence data (e.g., frequency, duration, intermittent patterns, department trends) to identify risks and opportunities.

7. Develop dashboards and reports to inform HR leadership, managers, and executives about absence trends and workforce impact.

8. Act as a liaison between employees, managers, HR, Benefits, Employee Health, Payroll, and the TPA to ensure seamless leave administration.

9. Partner with HRIS/Workday teams to optimize leave tracking, reporting, and automation.

10. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and a service-oriented approach consistent with Arkansas Children’s mission and values.
