Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — OnsiteProvides consultation, interpretation and analysis of data related to business development, service-line planning, public relations, marketing, program proposals and other initiatives as directed. Assumes responsibility for information management systems utilized in planning and strategic development activities. Is responsible for monitoring, understanding and communication in relationship to external environmental trends that may impact the organization. Responsible for hospital-wide planning and strategic development related activities.

The ideal candidate will have:
Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret market, provider, and patient data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas), with experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
Healthcare Data Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare datasets (e.g., AHA, PHIS, U.S. News benchmarks, claims data) and ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Ability to present findings clearly in written reports, dashboards, and presentations that can be understood by non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Acumen: Capable of developing new methods, tools, or processes that improve efficiency and enhance decision-making.

1. Plans, coordinates, organizes, and manages projects related to hospital-wide planning and development activities.
2. Develops and maintains relationships with departmental and unit managers and leadership in regards to planning and strategic direction.
3. Conducts research and develops related business objectives. Provides data for use in market analysis and planning. Develops expressions of findings related to research.
4. Works with leadership and departments to design databases and reports for decision support.
