Summary:

The Compensation Data Specialist supports the Compensation team by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within Workday and other HR systems. This position is responsible for executing transactional processes, maintaining data standards, and supporting compensation-related reporting and analytics.

Description

1. Performs and audits compensation-related transactions in Workday, including job changes, pay adjustments, and organizational updates.

2. Ensures data accuracy and integrity across HR systems by conducting regular reviews and reconciliations.

3. Collaborates with IS, Payroll, and HR teams to troubleshoot data issues and ensure seamless data flow.

4. Maintains documentation of compensation processes and data standards.

5. Supports compensation cycles (e.g., merit, bonus) by preparing data files, validating inputs, and assisting with system configuration.

6. Generates and distributes reports to support compensation analysis and decision-making.

7. Assists in testing system updates and enhancements related to compensation functionality.

8. Responds to inquiries regarding compensation data and processes with a high level of customer service and confidentiality.

9. Other duties as assigned.
