Monday to Friday, OnsiteResponsible for the receiving, inspection, inventorying and stocking of merchandise for the gift shop. Processes invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents and reconciles discrepancies and damaged goods with the appropriate vendors. Assists with sales and customer service as needed. Acts as the Assistant Manager when the Manager is not available.

Description
1. Manages and receives merchandise for the gift shop.
2. Unloads and unpacks incoming shipments of products from the loading dock. Verfies shipping documents.
3. Inspects products for damages and correct quantities
4. Report damages, shortages, and discrepancies to the vendor
5. Record received product into inventory.
6. Organize received stock in stock room.
7. Act as lead for stocking and displays.
8. Process and reconciles invoices through Workday.
9. Enters purchase orders
10. Manages and maintains e-commerce website.
11. Inventory control and management.
12. Conducts end of year inventory with manager.
13. Operates the register and assists customers as needed.
14. Answers the phone and assists customers with orders and questions.
15. Acts as assistant manager when manager is not available.
