Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. — On-premisesProvides consultation, interpretation and analysis of data related to business development, service-line planning, public relations, marketing, program proposals and other initiatives as directed. Assumes responsibility for information management systems utilized in planning and strategic development activities. Is responsible for monitoring, understanding and communication in relationship to external environmental trends that may impact the organization. Responsible for hospital-wide planning and strategic development related activities.

Description
1. Plans, coordinates, organizes, and manages projects related to hospital-wide planning and development activities.
2. Develops and maintains relationships with departmental and unit managers and leadership in regards to planning and strategic direction.
3. Conducts research and develops related business objectives. Provides data for use in market analysis and planning. Develops expressions of findings related to research.
4. Works with leadership and departments to design databases and reports for decision support.
5. Performs competitive intelligence gathering, analysis and provides responsive reporting..
