Position: SAP Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months contract
Rate Range: $60-70 per hour W2
Position Overview:
?This resource will be a Functional Analyst supporting all SAP products (S4, Ariba, Fieldglass) for our client
They will not need to be as technical as a developer but do need to understand the business process, how the SAP solutions interact, what each solution is used for and also be able to recognize gaps, provide guidance on improvements and suggestions on how to best utilize the tools
Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of SAP products – Ariba, S4, Fieldglass
2. Experience with common/known integration issues within Ariba, SAP and Fieldglass and its recommended solution
3. Jira
4. Strong communication, can lead meetings, drive things to get done
Preferred Experience:
1. Ability to speak Portuguese/Spanish
2. Agile/SAFe
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
· Analyze and Translate business needs and procurement processes into functional specifications and system configurations including purchase orders, contracts, and SOWs
· Enhance integration between S/4HANA Ariba and Fieldglass
· Identify standard SAP capabilities that meet business needs and propose best practices, recommending standard SAP solutions, minimizing customizations.
· Collaborate with procurement, finance, tax, and legal teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
· Document functional designs
· Evaluate customizations and propose standard-aligned alternatives.
· Support integration scenarios between SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, and S/4HANA.
· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and compliance across systems.
