DESCRIPTION

The Manager, AI Enterprise Enablement serves as a strategic business and technology partner responsible for driving enterprise-wide system adoption, digital transformation initiatives, and AI-enabled business capabilities across Brand Advocacy Solutions (BAS) teams. This role partners closely with IT, HR, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to ensure successful implementation, readiness, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other business-criticaltechnologies.Therolecombinesprogramleadership,changeenablement,stakeholderengagement,andoperationalgovernancetoaccelerateenterprisevaluerealizationandbusinessoutcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enterprise Transformation, Enablement & Change Enablement: Serve as a BAS IT business liaison for assigned enterprise platforms and system transformation; lead and coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives focused on system adoption, process improvement, AI enablement, and business transformation across multiple platforms (e.g Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, and related business applications); help stakeholders understand functionality, support models, impacts, and operational dependencies.

  • Stakeholder & Support Coordination: Partner with internal system owners, IT support teams, agency leaders, HR, Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to coordinate readiness, issue resolution, escalation paths, decisions, and follow-through for enterprise system changes.

  • Requirements, Impact Assessment & Readiness: Gather business requirements, identify process impacts, document dependencies, validate operational needs, and support readiness planning for new system capabilities, platform changes, integrations, and transitions from legacy tools.

  • Release, Transition & Communications Support: Drives stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies, communication plans (e.g. release notes, launch materials, transition messaging, user-facing guidance, support instructions), readiness activities that improve utilization and business value realization associated with enterprise technology investments.

  • Process & Knowledge Management: Maintain clear documentation for system processes, support paths, roles and responsibilities, FAQs, training references, SOPs, known issues, enhancement requests, and operational handoffs across BAS enterprise platforms.

  • Issue Triage & Continuous Improvement: Help identify friction points, data/process gaps, defects, enhancement opportunities, and support trends; work with assigned owners to clarify root causes, prioritize fixes, track follow-up, and improve the end-user support experience.

  • Governance, Compliance & Data Stewardship: Partner with vendors, platform owners, IT, Procurement, Legal, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to support enterprise system governance, security, data privacy, compliance, audit readiness, data stewardship, enhancement reviews, and operational support processes. Ensure changes, system integrations, and platform decisions align with organizational standards, internal controls, and business requirements.

  • Change Effectiveness, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track system-change readiness, implementation progress, issue status, stakeholder feedback, support trends, data-quality concerns, and operational impacts across BAS enterprise systems. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of system changes, enhancements, and transitions; identify areas of friction and opportunities for improvement; and provide actionable insights, recommendations, and status updates to leadership, platform owners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with agency leaders, business partners, technology teams, vendors, and functional stakeholders to support practical, well-coordinated enterprise system outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in enterprise systems support, business operations, technology programs, project management, HRIS/ERP/CRM support, change enablement, or related roles.

  • Experience supporting enterprise software platforms such as Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or similar business systems preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather stakeholder requirements, assess business impacts, support system transitions, coordinate launch/readiness activities, and track operational outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate business impacts, process efficiency, data quality, issue trends, support themes, and operational readiness.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate system changes, technical concepts, and support needs into clear business guidance for stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional work across technology, HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, Procurement, vendors, leadership, and business stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%) as needed to support business meetings, system transitions, stakeholder workshops, training events, and organizational initiatives.

Preferred experience:

  • Enterprise digital transformations

  • Program or Project Management methodologies

  • AI adoption, change management, or technology enablement initiatives

  • Microsoft 365, Copilot, Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, or related enterprise platforms

  • Organizational change management, business process improvement, or enterprise PMO environments

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
