DESCRIPTION
This is a #Hybrid role, working in the office 3 days a week.
You will lead high-impact analytics, space management, and category management teams across multiple client accounts—delivering data-driven insights that improve performance , drive efficiency, and generate measurable value .
Partner with senior leadership to manage client relationships while building the capabilities to evolve into a strategic client advisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
Client Partnership: Assist in the management of multiple clients-understanding client goals, supporting performance discussions, and delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Client Value Delivery: Ensure teams consistently deliver measurable value, including sales growth, improved processes, and enhanced decision-making support for clients
Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing teams delivering space management, analytics, and category support across varying client needs
Strategic Execution : Translate client and leadership priorities into clear team direction, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables
Category & Space Expertise: Apply best practices in space management, assortment, and analytics to support fact-based decision making
Operational Excellence: Improve processes, workflows, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and scalability
Growth Support: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deepen engagement in partnership with senior leaders
Support the development and optimization of tools and solutions that support data analysis and decision-making
Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge-sharing across teams
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1–3+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the CPG industry and space management/category management practices
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Experience leveraging data, tools, and insights to support business decisions
Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry tools
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong CPG expertise with proficiency in industry tools of Blue Yonder, Circana, Nielsen , Power BI and Microsoft Office
Proven leader who drives project execution, sets clear goals, and delivers measurable results
Results-oriented with the ability to remove obstacles and keep teams on track
Adaptable communicator who tailors messaging to diverse audiences
