37 North Expeditions is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Youth Summer Camp Counselors to help lead our outdoor adventure camps for children ages 8–12. Counselors will guide campers through hands-on outdoor experiences while fostering curiosity, confidence, teamwork, and a love for nature. Summer camps take place at Osage Park and Crystal Bridges and include a wide variety of engaging activities such as hiking, birding, biking, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, and nature-based games. Counselors will help create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where campers can explore new skills and build meaningful connections with the outdoors and each other.Core Responsibilities:- Leading and supervising outdoor activities for campers ages 8–12- Teaching basic outdoor skills and encouraging curiosity about nature- Supporting a positive, inclusive, and safe camp environment- Assisting with equipment organization, activity setup, and camp preparation- Helping campers build confidence, teamwork, and respect for the natural world- Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all activitiesIdeal candidates enjoy working with children, are comfortable outdoors in varying conditions, and bring energy, patience, and a sense of adventure to camp each day.Position is seasonal.
