The Senior Manager, Global Investigations-US, leads complex investigations across multiple business segments, identifying risks and vulnerabilities while developing strategic solutions. About the team:
The Global Investigations-US team is dedicated to safeguarding company assets by identifying risks and conducting detailed investigations into complex fraud and misconduct. Collaborating with various business units and law enforcement, the team upholds ethical standards and compliance. Members apply advanced investigative methods, data analysis, and clear reporting to deliver actionable insights. The team emphasizes continuous learning, adaptability, and integrity, fostering professional development and effective risk management throughout the organization. This collaborative environment supports strategic decision-making and promotes a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of conduct. What you'll do:
  • Lead and oversee complex investigations involving fraud, corruption, misappropriation, harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest and other major incidents across multiple business segments.
  • Utilize AI to assist in developing investigative strategies, gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare comprehensive reports for business units and legal authorities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external agencies to support investigative efforts and risk mitigation.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend process improvements to reduce risks and enhance controls.
  • Manage and mentor investigation team members, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
  • Drive execution of global investigation plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in leading complex investigations involving fraud, misappropriation, harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest and major incidents across multiple business segments.
  • Background in forensic accounting/financial fraud investigations (preferred skill).
  • Proven ability to develop investigative strategies, gather and analyze evidence, and present findings to business units and legal authorities.
  • Strong skills in managing and mentoring teams, setting performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Expertise in identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and recommending process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills to prepare comprehensive investigative documentation and legal presentations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft suite of products and fundamental use of AI to assist in developing investigative strategies, evidence collection, and reports for business units.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, compliance, and company policies in all investigative activities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field and 4 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field OR 6 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field.
