The Manager, Audit leads and oversees audit activities by developing strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role directs audit planning, execution, and reporting while identifying control deficiencies and improvement opportunities. The manager fosters team development through coaching and mentoring, promotes adherence to ethical standards, and drives continuous process enhancements by leveraging automation and data analytics. The Transformation & Enablement (T&E) team leads the advancement of Internal Audit by integrating methodology, technology, governance, and expertise. This team ensures audit planning and execution are data-driven and aligned with complex business needs. Focused on delivering effective assurance, T&E supports continuous improvement and operational excellence enterprise-wide. By fostering collaboration and utilizing advanced tools, the team upholds high standards of accountability, ethical conduct, and regulatory compliance. T&E empowers Internal Audit to efficiently achieve strategic objectives with integrity, driving modernization and enhanced audit effectiveness across the organization.
What you'll do...
- Coordinate and oversee audit methodology by developing relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business objectives.
- Plan, assign, and manage audit documentation, ways of working, and evaluating process efficiencies.
- Communicate new guidance and recommendations through clear, executive-level reports tailored to stakeholders.
- Drive audit process improvements by recognizing automation opportunities and standardizing methodologies.
- Innovate using AI tools, Vibe Coding, Data Visualization.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in audit planning, execution, and control deficiency management within complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and auditing standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Ability to lead and develop audit teams through mentoring, training, and performance management.
- Expertise in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements using advanced data and analytical techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey audit findings clearly to stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
