- Develop and Implement Strategies: Analyze business objectives and customer needs to create and execute impactful business strategies and plans.
- Drive Growth: Build and maintain high-level business relationships, manage mutual value propositions, and support stakeholder engagement to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.
- Lead Sales and Procurement: Direct sales strategy, manage key accounts, negotiate and ensure partners meet agreed contractual terms.
- Manage Financials: Review and analyze financial reports, approve project budgets, and optimize financial performance to maximize growth and return on sales.
- Develop Talent: Attract, recruit, and retain a highly skilled workforce, support mentorship and workforce development, and drive succession planning.

What you'll bring:
- Pharma and Research Experience: Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or research, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive business and growth strategies.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-level internal and external business relationships within Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Clinical Research Organizations (CROs).
- Financial Expertise: Expertise in managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and making informed financial decisions.
- Implementation of Business Development: Recognized success in evaluating, enhancing, and implementing successful growth initiatives.
- Leadership in Talent Development: Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, with a focus on mentorship and workforce development.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
