Summary:
Join Tyson Foods and lead the charge in achieving our annual operating plan (AOP) for the Refrigerated Packaged Breakfast category at Walmart Inc. This role is pivotal in driving financial objectives, managing trade spend, and boosting sales volume. You'll build and nurture strong partnerships with key Walmart stakeholders across various departments, including Merchandising, Replenishment, and Private Brands. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams within Tyson Foods, such as Business Unit Sales Strategy, Supply, and Demand Planning, to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Utilization: Leverage KPIs from Scintilla, Nielsen, and other data sources to report and communicate effectively with Walmart or Tyson leadership.
- Joint Growth Planning: Collaborate across assigned categories for promotional planning and execution.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews both internally and externally.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team to execute replenishment strategies.
- Engagement: Engage with internal and external retail teams for flawless execution.
- Trade Management: Work with the Finance Manager and TPM Team Performance Manager to manage and resolve all trade-related deductions or payments.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience:
- 6+ years of industry experience; consumer-packaged goods or food manufacturer preferred.
- 3+ years Direct Sales Experience; Walmart and/or Sam's experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills required.
Computer Skills:
- Walmart Scintilla experience strongly desired.
- Requires above-average computer skills for robust analysis, graphic presentations, and reporting.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Position has no direct reports
Travel:
- 6-10 out of town trips annually with weekly trips to Walmart.
