We’re looking for a Spaces Manager to oversee operations across all Crisp locations. This is a high-impact, hybrid role where you’ll manage multi-site facilities, coordinate events and workplace experiences, and ensure every Crisp workspace is welcoming, efficient, and aligned to our culture.
What you’ll work on:
Multi-Site Workplace Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Crisp office locations across the U.S. ensuring each workspace is functional, welcoming, and equipped for teams and guests.
Facilities & Vendor Management: Own vendor relationships across multiple regions—including property management, cleaning, maintenance, delivery services, and supply vendors—ensuring high-quality, cost-effective operations.
Event & Meeting Coordination: Manage logistics for in-office events, executive meetings, training sessions, client visits, and multimedia shoots. Coordinate A/V, food and beverage, COIs, schedules, guest lists, and space setup through local partners.
Space Design & Standards: Collaborate with Crisp’s design and brand teams to maintain consistent standards for layout, décor, signage, hospitality, and workplace experience across all locations.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner with People Ops, Operations, Brand, and Production teams to support company events, offsites, customer meetings, and special projects across regions.
Budget & Process Management: Track facilities budgets across sites, implement systems that support smooth workflows, and drive operational initiatives from planning through execution.
What makes you a great fit for the role:
- 3–7 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or facilities management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple office locations and coordinate remote/on-site support.
- Strong vendor management skills and experience negotiating service agreements.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable managing budgets, workflows, and operational processes.
- Able to independently solve problems, anticipate needs, and deliver seamless experiences.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with globally distributed teams or coordinating international office operations.
- Background in event planning, hospitality, or production support.
- Familiarity with workplace tools and systems (e.g., Notion, Slack, Trello).
- Experience supporting executive teams or high-visibility initiatives.
